We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waitress/Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services. Your role will involve experience through upselling and providing knowledgeable assistance.
EVENINGS ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Assist in food preparation as required, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing orders and payments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive atmosphere for guests.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a waitress or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Strong guest service skills with a passion for hospitality and helping others.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A keen interest in culinary practices and beverage knowledge will be beneficial.

Pay: £12.81-£18.00 per hour
