Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, professional and highly organised Executive Support to work across the sales and senior management team, providing high-quality business, sales and administrative support.
This role requires a commercially minded professional, personable and who thrives in a busy environment. Managing day-to-day sales administration, reporting and operational processes to the senior managers, CEO and Directors where required, building trust, remaining organised and maintaining confidentiality are all essential.
No two days will be the same. One day you'll be helping with a new project enquiry, the next you'll be coordinating international event plans, liaising with clients, managing senior diaries or making sure sales admin tasks stay firmly on track. Ideally with a background or knowledge of luxury products/interiors, you will combine strong organisational skills, administration expertise and a proactive approach to multi-task in this exciting role.
Duties
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the senior management and sales team, including diary management, meeting scheduling and document preparation.
- Support the sales and senior management team internally.
- General office and senior management support, including research and book business travel, accommodation
- Scheduling of calendars, meetings and diary management.
- Executive support to Directors.
- Coordinate meetings, including room bookings, agendas, papers, refreshments, visitor arrangements and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities.
- Support sales processes by preparing proposals and quotations.
- Manage correspondence via Microsoft Outlook and ensure timely communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service to foster strong client relationships.
- Monitor sales targets and assist in generating performance reports using Microsoft Excel for analysis and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or administrative support roles with a focus on customer service.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Knowledge of Sage accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—along with outstanding organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- IT literacy with a solid understanding of computer systems and software applications relevant to sales support functions.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience working with IT tools or systems that enhance productivity is desirable.
