We are looking for an experienced barista with a passion for great customer service to join our team full time.
The independently run Woodstock Coffee Shop is one of the best coffee shops in Oxfordshire. The Daily Telegraph rated the Woodstock Coffee Shop as the best in Oxfordshire and the Cotswold Life magazine wrote that our “coffee experience is second to none”.
All of the Woodstock Coffee Shop team care greatly about our guests' happiness and always put in 100% in the workplace. We are a small team that works well together ensuring customers receive the best possible experience.
You can expect to work between 30 and 35 hours per week across 5 days, availability on weekends and flexibility with hours is essential! We currently open from 07.00 until 17:00.

We are looking for a barista with at least two years experience. Further training both in-house and with outside seminars will be provided.
For every job there is a four week probation period. During that period staff will be paid £12.50 per hour. Following a positive and successful appraisal after this four week period the rate increases to £13.50 per hour. Staff under the age of 21 may be paid at a lower rate.
