The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be working in both tenanted and untenanted social housing properties, covering a wide range of maintenance and installation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- General property maintenance and refurbishment work
- 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
- Joinery (including kitchens, door hanging, skirting, stud walls etc.)
- Tiling (walls and floors)
- Painting and decorating
- Patch plastering and minor plastering works
- Install and refurbish bathrooms and wet rooms
- Undertake Poly Floor/Lino flooring installation
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
- Liaising professionally with tenants, clients, and team members
Requirements:
- CSCS Card (minimum requirement)
- Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled role within the construction or maintenance sector
- Strong ability to work across multiple trades
- Good communication skills and a respectful attitude towards tenants
- Full UK driving license
