Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar Staff & Kitchen Staff. This role involves providing excellent service in a lively environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Previous experience in catering, restaurant service, or food preparation is highly desirable. Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and beverages to customers in a courteous and timely manner
- Take orders accurately and ensure proper delivery of food and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area according to food safety standards
- Assist with meal preparation and food safety procedures when required
- Restock bar supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote ongoing patron satisfaction
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks if needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently
- Food Prep including making fresh pizzas and following heath and safety standards
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant service, bar work as well as previously working in a kitchen is a must
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations can be beneficial but is not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential
- A friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills are vital for success in this role
