£25,000 - £28,000 per annum + uncapped bonus
We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join Pulse Nursing, one of the UK's leading healthcare staffing providers, supporting NHS and private healthcare organisations across England and Wales.
In this role, you will manage and grow a specialist nursing recruitment desk, building strong relationships with both healthcare professionals and clients. You will be responsible for matching candidates to shifts and placements and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
In this role, you will:
Match registered nurses and healthcare professionals to available temporary shifts and placements across NHS and private healthcare clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring regular communication and high levels of engagement.
Manage candidate availability, compliance requirements, onboarding processes and timesheet administration.
Achieve and exceed activity, placement and revenue targets while maintaining accurate records within CRM systems.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience within recruitment, sales or a customer-focused environment.
A proven ability to build strong client and candidate relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
A self-motivated, resilient and target-driven approach with a passion for achieving results.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
