Founded in 1836 and located in the heart of Pall Mall, our impressive clubhouse has been welcoming Members since 1841. We take pride in our rich history and commitment to exceptional hospitality.
About the Role:
Based predominantly in the Hansard Bar, our all-day bar, you will play a key role in serving and promoting our exclusive wine cellar and cocktail list across various club areas— the Hansard Bar, Saloon, Gallery, and Garden. As part of our dedicated hospitality team, you will ensure that our Members and their guests receive outstanding service. This full-time position requires a commitment to work five days a week, Monday to Friday.

What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a desire to provide outstanding experiences for our Members.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a variety of work situations.
- Familiarity with food hygiene regulations.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and wines to enhance our Members' experience.
