We are looking for a confident, highly organised, and proactive Front of House Lead to join our busy Chiswick salon.
This is not a standard receptionist role—you will take full ownership of the front desk, ensuring every client enjoys a premium experience while keeping the salon running smoothly. The role also offers clear progression into an Assistant Manager position as the business continues to grow.
Urban Rose Beauty is an expanding brand with multiple locations and a third salon opening soon, offering you a chance to be part of an ambitious and fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookings, calls, and daily client flow
- Be the first point of contact, delivering a premium client experience
- Drive retail sales and client rebookings
- Support the team to stay on time and organised
- Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally
- Keep the front of house calm, efficient, and in control at all times
Salary & Benefits
- £28,000 – £32,000 base salary
- 10% commission on targets (uncapped earning potential)
- Realistic OTE £32,000 – £40,000+

- Clear progression into Assistant Manager

- Confident, organised, and calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Experience in a busy salon, clinic, or front-of-house environment
- Commercial mindset with a focus on sales and client experience
- Proactive and able to take ownership of your role
