Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals to meet organisational targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Manage sales pipelines efficiently using IT tools, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
- Drive promotional activities, including attending industry events and networking functions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client interactions for management review.
