What you’ll be doing

Join us on this mission as Technical Instructor within the Product & Engineering Support team, working with the Chief Instructor. You’ll have a key role in conducting training courses for stakeholders that use Martin-Baker products at all levels, up to and including equipment overhaul.
Our Technical Instructors are so vital to our ongoing business as one of their main duties is to deliver training courses for maintenance personnel of all seniority levels, on all Martin-Baker products. These training courses take place at our Denham site and customer locations, some of which may be overseas.
You will be responsible for designing the training courses, which includes sourcing the information and carrying out course prep, as well as generating post course reports.
In addition, you will be responsible for the maintenance and control of tools, Ground Support Equipment, training hardware & components and courseware needed to help you conduct the necessary training.
You will work in a team of experienced Technical Instructors to identify, develop and implement improvements to training materials and methods of instruction.

- Qualifications in Instruction would be beneficial, however training will be provided.
- A background in aerospace is essential and proven knowledge of Martin-Baker products is required for this role.
