G5: £28,598 - £31,022 per annum.

The role requires supporting vulnerable citizens who may require support from a female staff member due to previous experiences. Due to the nature of the work including developing trusting relationships, delivering sensitive, person-centred reablement interventions being female is a genuine occupational requirement and is a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working collaboratively with the people we support and colleagues to join us as a Reablement Officer and to support activity which maximises independence and wellbeing.
About the job:
As a Reablement Officer you will work with individuals in their own home to support and encourage them to develop or regain skills to live independent and fulfilling lives. You will work closely with the therapy team to deliver bespoke support and contribute to ongoing reviews.
