We are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Security Officer to join our team based across various locations within Chelsea Harbour. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional customer service skills who takes pride in delivering a high standard of security and front-of-house support within a residential and commercial environment.
Shift Details
- Shift Times: 06:30 – 18:30
- Pattern: 2 On, 2 Off, 3 On, 2 Off, 3 On, 2 Off (2-week rolling pattern)
- Average Hours: 48 hours per week
- Days Only
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service when meeting and greeting residents and guests
- Act as an ambassador for the client property and maintain professional standards at all times
- Carry out regular site patrols and maintain a visible security presence
- Respond to emergencies and assist with evacuation procedures where required
- Manage access control and control room duties
- Monitor and check permits to work
- Respond to emails and telephone enquiries professionally
- Complete accurate report writing and incident documentation
- Support daily site operations while maintaining a safe and secure environment
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Essential)
- CCTV Licence desirable (training and qualification support available)
- Driving licence desirable but not essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional presentation with pride in appearance and workplace standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
