Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Optical Assistant to join our professional team. The successful candidate will support optometrists in delivering exceptional eye care services and assist with various administrative and clinical tasks. - Taking precise measurements of patients' eyes for spectacles and contact lenses
- Supporting the fitting and adjustment of spectacles and contact lenses
- Managing patient records accurately and efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service by answering queries and guiding patients through their options
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the optical laboratory and consultation areas
- Assisting with stock management, including ordering supplies and verifying deliveries
