WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Greet and serve guests to create a memorable experience
- Prepare and serve drinks to the highest standards
- Take food & drink orders, make recommendations, and manage payments
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar, restaurant, and alfresco areas
- Assist with small private events
- Support a friendly, relaxed, and social environment
WHAT DO I NEED?
- A passion for hospitality and customer service
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
- A team player with a fun and positive attitude
- Flexible availability over 7 days, including weekends – Min 30 hours per week (rota basis)
- Experience of waiter/waitress 1 year (preferred)
· Due to the hotel’s location and early/late shifts, own transport is essential.
