About the role
Join our dynamic Stroke Unit on Ward 4 as a Sister/Charge Nurse, where you’ll take the lead in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across the stroke pathway - from acute treatment through to rehabilitation. In this specialised environment, you’ll coordinate ward activity, manage complex and timecritical patient flow, and empower a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, responsive, and compassionate care.
As a visible and inspiring leader, you’ll develop and support your team, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in shaping the future of stroke services. From mentoring staff and managing day-to-day operations to making critical clinical decisions, you’ll have real influence over patient outcomes, team performance, and service excellence.
Step into a role where your leadership truly counts - apply now and take the next step in your nursing career.
