As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive E-commerce Administrator to support our growing operations.
About the Role
This is a varied position that combines office administration and e-commerce management. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring our online store, customer communications and administrative processes operate efficiently. A strong working knowledge of Shopify or similar e-platform is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining our Shopify e-commerce platform
- Creating and updating product listings, descriptions and pricing
- Processing customer orders and monitoring fulfilment
- Ensuring product information is accurate and up to date
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
- Assisting customers with enquiries via email and telephone
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
- General office administration duties
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Experience using, managing or maintaining a Shopify or similar platform
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using business software
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Competent with Adobe applications, specifically photoshop
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Desirable Skills
- Interest in technology, electronics or drones
- Experience with e-commerce, online retail or technical product sales
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Familiarity with photography, image editing or content creation for product listings
- Basic understanding of electronics or technical products

Personal Requirements
The successful candidate must be a British citizen or have an existing right to work in the United Kingdom. They should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Due to the nature of our work, applicants should be capable of obtaining MOD security clearance. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, keen to learn and has a genuine interest in drones, aviation, technology and innovation.

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
