We're looking for two friendly and reliable Front of House Assistants to welcome guests, provide excellent service, and help create a memorable dining experience. This is a busy, fast-paced role, so you'll need to be comfortable working on your feet and as part of a hardworking team.
Both roles are working an average of 10 hours per week:
Week 1 Rota:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10:00am-2:00pm
Week 2 Rota:
Tuesdays and Fridays 10:00am-2:00pm
- Welcoming and serving customers
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and beverages
- Operating tills and handling payments
- Keeping tables and restaurant areas clean and tidy
- Assisting customers with queries
- Working as part of the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable with good attention to detail
- A strong team player with a willingness to learn
- Flexible to work weekends and additional shifts when required
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
