We're looking for a qualified Beauty Therapist who is passionate about client care and has a genuine interest in specialising in waxing. Whether you've already discovered a love for intimate waxing or you're looking to develop your skills, we'll provide full training in the A-List Beauty Method to help you become a confident Waxing Specialist.
You'll be joining an established business, not starting from scratch. With over 300 five-star reviews, an established online presence and a growing waitlist of clients wanting appointments, you'll have the opportunity to build your column within a business that's already in high demand. About the Role
As a Waxing Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments and creating an experience that keeps clients coming back every 4-6 weeks.
You'll become part of a team that prides itself on professionalism, consistency and building long-term client relationships. We're looking for someone who's excited to develop their skills, build a loyal client base and play an important role in the future growth of A-List Beauty.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience from consultation through to aftercare.
- Carry out thorough consultations confidently and professionally.
- Build genuine relationships that encourage long-term client loyalty.
- Communicate with warmth, confidence and professionalism.
Perform waxing and brow treatments
- Perform all waxing & brow treatments to the A-List Beauty standard.
- Deliver efficient, consistent and results-driven treatments.
- Use excellent technique and communication to minimise discomfort.
- Maintain treatment timings while never compromising quality.
Client Retention
- Confidently recommend suitable maintenance appointments.
- Educate clients on pre-care, aftercare and home care.
- Encourage rebooking and build your own loyal returning client base.
Salon Standards
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional treatment environment.
- Follow all hygiene, safety and treatment protocols.
- Take pride in maintaining the high standards A-List Beauty is known for.
Marketing & Visibility
- Be happy to occasionally feature in social media content, including treatment videos and before and after photos.
- Support the continued growth of the A-List Beauty brand.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent), or currently working towards this qualification.
- A genuine interest in specialising in waxing.
- Excellent communication and customer care skills.
- Friendly, professional and reliable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback and continually develop your skills.
