We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our café and licensed bar, set in the heart of our beautiful countryside retreat.
If you enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering excellent customer service we’d love to hear from you.
Previous experience in a café, coffee shop or bar is an advantage, but it isn’t essential. If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and fit our team culture, we’ll provide all the training you need.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving hot and cold drinks, food and refreshments to guests
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Operating the till and processing payments
- Keeping the café, bar and seating areas clean, tidy and welcoming
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Organising and replenishing stock
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the facilities
- Supporting other departments across the business when required

- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to help where needed
Hours
- Availability required Wednesday to Sunday
- A mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
