Were looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to support the day-to-day running of our branch.
Working alongside the Branch Manager, youll help drive sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency, while leading and supporting the branch team.

Support customers on the trade counter and over the phone

Assist with branch operations and daily supervision of the team

Work with the Branch Manager to drive sales and profitability

Manage stock levels, ordering, and replenishment

Ensure a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment

Support delivery of the branch sales plan

Provide cover for the Branch Manager when required

Assist with loading and general operational duties when needed

Experience in a similar role within a builders merchant or trade environment

Strong customer service and sales skills

Confident communicator at all levels

Organised with good administrative skills

Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Self-motivated, approachable, and a team leader
