Job Summary
Experienced counterbalance forklift driver urgently required
Duties
- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and shipping areas
- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records accurately
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and notify maintenance for mechanical issues
- Handle materials with care, ensuring proper stacking, storage, and organization of goods
Experience
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution centre setting
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control and tracking
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Strong materials handling skills with an emphasis on safety and efficiency
Must have current RTITB counterbalance certificate also previous experience with narrow aisle trucks would be desirable though not essential

Pay: From £13.45 per hour
