Job Title: Junior Content Creator (Dental & Orthodontics)

About the Role
Queensway Group is looking for a Junior Videographer & Editor to support our in-house marketing team across our dental and orthodontic practices.
This is a hands-on, entry-level role ideal for someone at the start of their career who is passionate about filming and editing. You will work closely with clinical teams to capture content aligned with treatment schedules, patient journeys, and practice priorities.
You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality video and visual content across our nine practice locations, including short-form video, podcast filming and editing, and patient photography. Maintaining brand consistency across all content is essential.
Our marketing team is based at our Billingham practice, where editing and post-production work will primarily take place.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel between practice locations to capture content
- Film treatments, team members, and practice environments
- Edit short-form video content (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikTok)
- Film and edit podcast content
- Capture patient photography where required
- Ensure all content is high quality, well-lit, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Organise and manage video and image files efficiently
- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver content briefs
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate, undergraduate or junior-level videographer/editor
- Strong interest in filming and video editing
- Experience with editing software (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar)
- Basic understanding of composition, lighting, and audio
- Willingness to travel regularly between multiple sites
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Reliable, organised, and able to follow direction and briefs
Salary
Competitive salary (in line with experience)
£26,500 - £28,000 pro rata
