Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver prompt service with a friendly attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards at all times.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor guest consumption responsibly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and provide correct change.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold health and safety regulations while maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management to handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak hours as required.
