Job Description:
We’re currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Bartenders / Baristas to join our agency team in South Kensington. This is a flexible zero-hour role, perfect for those looking to pick up shifts around other commitments. While some weeks are busier than others, you’ll be added to our active agency network, giving you access to shifts as they become available.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Making high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks
- Mixing and serving cocktails to a good standard
- Delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Taking orders and handling payments efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and coffee station
- Restocking supplies and assisting with setup and close-down
- Upholding health & safety and licensing regulations at all times
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in bartending or barista roles
- Confident in both coffee preparation and drink service
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
What we offer:
- £12.71 per hour starting pay raising to £15.32 after 12 weeks (AWR)

Experience:
- Bartending / Barista: 2 years (preferred)
