Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Working Hours
- Monday: 9:30 pm – 12:25 am (2 hours 55 minutes)
- Tuesday: 9:30 pm – 12:00 am (2 hours 30 minutes)
- Wednesday: 9:30 pm – 12:00 am (2 hours 30 minutes)
- Thursday: 9:30 pm – 12:00 am (2 hours 30 minutes)
- Friday: 9:30 pm – 12:25 am (2 hours 55 minutes)
Total Contracted Hours: 13 hours 20 minutes per week (13.33 hours)
About the Role
Titan Apex Services is seeking an experienced, professional and highly motivated Evening Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team at Endeavour Mining, one of our flagship commercial contracts located in Kensington (W8).
This is a prestigious corporate environment where exceptional cleaning standards, professionalism and attention to detail are expected every evening. We are looking for an individual who leads by example, takes pride in their work and consistently delivers outstanding results.
The successful candidate will supervise a team of three cleaners and work alongside them to ensure all cleaning duties are completed to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and motivate a team of three cleaners.
- Work alongside the team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards.
- Allocate daily duties and monitor team performance.
- Carry out quality inspections throughout each shift.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the client's specification.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail at all times.
- Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH procedures are followed.
- Report maintenance issues and client requests promptly.
- Maintain excellent communication with the Operations Team.
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure the site is consistently presented to the highest professional standard.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Proven commercial cleaning experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Experience working within prestigious corporate office environments.
- COSHH knowledge and understanding.
- Experience operating commercial cleaning machinery.
- Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential).
