Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Paving & Hard Landscaping Labourer to join our team installing driveways, patios, paths and domestic landscaping across the Yorkshire area. This is a physically demanding outdoor role supporting skilled installers and helping deliver high‑quality workmanship at customers’ homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installing block paving, patios, driveways and pathways
- Dig out areas, prepare sub‑bases and move materials
- Mix concrete, mortar and aggregates
- Help with setting levels, screeding and basic slab cutting
- Install edging, sleepers and other hard‑landscaping features
- Load/unload materials and keep the site clean and tidy
- Follow instructions from lead installers and work safely at all times
- Represent the company professionally in domestic environments
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- CSCS card preferred
- Physically fit and able to carry out demanding manual work
- Hard‑working, reliable and able to work outdoors in all weather
- Experience in paving, landscaping or groundwork preferred
- Able to work as part of a small team
