Responsibilities
- Safely operate cleaning equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and ladders to reach high windows
- Clean windows on both commercial and residential buildings.
- Follow safety protocols when working at heights or with specialized equipment
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of your tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
- Assist with related tasks such as removing debris or cleaning surrounding areas as neededExperience
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record is preferred for efficient job site travel
- Fluency in English for effective communication with team members and clients
- Prior experience in window cleaning or related outdoor service roles is advantageous but not required — training will be provided!
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients and build trust
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks effectively within the team and with clients
