Working hours – full time (35 hours a week) - you’ll agree your working pattern with your manager (core working hours are 10:00 - 16:00).
Location – Liverpool, hybrid homeworking (minimum 6 days a month in office)
About the role
The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) is recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team on a permanent basis.
You will act as a trusted finance partner to designated directorates, providing high-quality financial insight, analysis and challenge to support effective decision-making and delivery of RCP’s strategic objectives.
What you’ll do

Partner with senior managers to support operational planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Provide clear financial insight on performance, risks and opportunities.

Lead the interpretation and presentation of management accounts and forecasts.

Support business cases, financial modelling and commercial decision-making.

Act as a key point of contact for finance advice within your directorates.
About you
You will be a CCAB-qualified finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling in a complex organisation. You will be confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and communicating financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
