We are seeking a motivated Steel Draughtsman/Woman , to join our friendly and supportive team.
The successful applicant should have knowledge of steel construction and understanding of engineering drawings, we are looking for the right candidate to build a long-term career within the steel construction industry are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Producing quick hand sketches and simple drawings using AutoCAD.
- Knowledge in softwares tekla or advanced steel, to produce GA and fabication drawings.
- Working alongside experienced steel draughtsmen and receiving on the job training.
- Knowledge of steel construction.
- Understanding of engineering drawings.
- Good attention to detail.
- Computer skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
