About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Night Shift Bakery Production Assistant to join our busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing high-quality bakery products.
Working as part of our night shift team, you will help prepare, mix, pack, and handle bakery products ready for distribution while ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality are maintained.
Working Hours
- Night Shift: 8:00pm – 4:00am
- Working Days: Night Shift (8:00pm – 4:00am), Sunday–Thursday nights.
- Additional hours may be available during busy periods or seasonal demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and weigh wet and dry ingredients accurately.
- Operate mixers and production equipment to prepare bakery products.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of ingredients and finished products.
- Pack bakery products according to company specifications.
- Clean machinery, equipment, and workstations throughout the shift.
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures at all times.
- Support bakers and other production team members as required.
- Carry out additional production duties to meet business and seasonal demands.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Previous food production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Can follow instructions accurately and work efficiently.
- Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively.
- Can multitask and remain focused in a fast-paced production environment.
- Uses initiative, is dependable, and has a positive attitude.
- Is adaptable and willing to support changing production requirements.
- Is friendly, approachable, and committed to maintaining high standards.
