Virgin Media Network | Experienced Engineers Required
We’re looking for experienced Telecoms Cable Pullers / Pre-Enablement Engineers to join our team, working on the Virgin Media network.
This is an opportunity for engineers who already understand the demands of telecoms field work and can hit the ground running.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Cable pulling and pre-enablement works on the Virgin Media network
- Pulling cables through underground ducts and existing infrastructure
- Installing and routing telecoms cables from the network to customer premises
- Working with rods, cables and associated telecoms equipment
- Using hand tools and equipment, including disc cutters
- Working on footways, gardens, driveways and other external areas
- Carrying out reinstatement works to a high standard
- Working safely and professionally at customer properties
- Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience is essential – we’re looking for candidates who have previously worked in telecoms cable pulling, pre-enablement, FTTP, Virgin Media or a similar network environment.
You’ll need to be:
- Experienced in physical, outdoor telecoms work
- Confident using hand tools and cable installation equipment
- Comfortable working underground and around existing utilities
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
- Safety-conscious and able to follow site procedures
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
MUST HAVE
Full UK Manual Driving Licence held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points.
