Who are we looking for?
You are someone enthusiastic, motivated, naturally customer service orientated, patient and determined who loves interacting with people. Able to bring high levels of energy and commitment to the team, creating a supportive and fun environment that helps to maximise store performance whilst maintaining the best levels of customer service.
Flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
· Customer service: Coaching and motivating the team, leading by example to deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring the store is always customer-ready. Work with any ongoing returns or complaints.
· Staff management: Supporting the management team to oversee inductions and performance of the team. Help to lead training sessions to ensure up-to-date product knowledge.
· Merchandising and stock control: Making sure the store looks great, in line with the brand’s Visual Merchandise guidelines, deliveries, stock management.
· KPIs and targets: Work with the management team to maximise store performance, use KPIs to motivate the team and ensure they are achieved.
· Administration and daily procedures: Day-to-day shop functions, Opening and closing procedures, cashing up tills. Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are met.
