Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of office buildings, retail spaces, warehouses, and other commercial facilities according to established standards.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly to maintain cleanliness.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to prevent accidents or damage.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and supplies used during shifts.
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to large-scale or high-traffic environments is advantageous.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency in work output.
- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift.
