Are you an experienced Security Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career?
We're looking for a motivated and reliable Security Supervisor to join our Yorkshire operations team. This is a field-based role supporting a large portfolio of client sites across Yorkshire, ensuring our teams deliver a safe, professional and compliant service.
This role covers a large portfolio of sites across Yorkshire. While you'll support locations throughout the region, we're particularly interested in candidates based around Leeds or Bradford.

What you'll be doing
- Supervising and supporting Security Officers across multiple sites.
- Carrying out welfare visits, site audits and compliance checks.
- Conducting investigations and Void Property Inspections (VPIs).
- Delivering training, including SmartTask App training.
- Managing staff rotas to ensure all sites remain fully staffed.
- Monitoring performance and supporting colleague development.
- Maintaining accurate records and site documentation.
- Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Responding to operational issues and emergencies when required.
- Attending client and company meetings.
What we're looking for
Essential:
- Previous experience supervising teams within the security industry.
- Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor preferred).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy operational environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, covering both days and nights.
- DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Desirable
- Training or coaching qualification.
- Experience delivering staff training.
