Responsibilities

- Collaborate with schools, families, local organizations, and other stakeholders to coordinate programs and ensure comprehensive support for youth.
- Monitor participants’ progress, provide feedback, and adjust activities to maximize positive outcomes.
- Assist in developing inclusive programs that address diverse needs, including those related to special education or behavioral challenges.
- Promote a safe environment by supervising youth during activities and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and progress for reporting purposes.
Skills
- Proven experience in teaching or mentoring young people in educational or community settings.
- Strong ability to work effectively with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills to engage youth and collaborate with team members and community partners.
- Knowledge of youth development principles and best practices in youth work.
- Familiarity with special education needs and strategies for supporting children with additional challenges.
