We’re expanding - and now seeking a full-time Telephone/Counter Sales Person to join our friendly, fast-paced team.
If you’re enthusiastic, customer-focused, and have an interest in agricultural, workings of agriculture Tractors or mechanical parts, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role will include;
- Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email
- Identify, locate, and pick the correct parts accurately and efficiently
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Process orders and invoicing through our sales system
- Support the day-to-day running of a busy sales counter
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
What were looking for;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong interest in tractor or motor vehicle parts,
- A good knowledge of Agricultural parts/Automotive parts and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of this.
- Or Basic Skills as an Agriculture Mechanic or in a similar field like HGV or the motor industry as full training will be provided
Desirable;
- Good Communication Skills

- Keen Interest in Agriculture Tractors

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
