We are looking for applicants to join our private client team. You should have a strong background or interest in Private client. Training and support is available. You should have a minimum of 2 years’ post qualifying experience, have excellent interpersonal skills and the desire and ambition to drive the business forward and want career progression.
We are looking for candidates who have experience in or are keen to gain experience in some or all of the following areas of law:
- Advising on Adults with Incapacity (S) Act 2000 and drafting Powers of Attorney and Guardianships;
- Drafting of Wills and advising on Inheritance tax
- All aspects of executry administration including drafting Applications for Confirmation, IHT returns; Preparation of estate accounting;
- Being able to manage a busy caseload and prioritise work.
A clean driving licence would also be useful.
There are with genuine career prospects and although full time is preferred, we may consider part time. Salary is commensurate with experience.
