The Role
We require someone with a minimum of 4 years PQE in Family Law to join our Family and Litigation teams at our Romford office. You will handle a medium caseload (20 - 25 cases) of family matters for a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals whilst moving towards a supervisory role in family.
The Candidate
- A minimum of 4 years PQE in Family Law experience in handling a varied workload across all areas of private Family Law which include, divorce, separation, children, cohabitation agreements, finances, TOLATA, Domestic Violence Injunctions, Pre/Post Nuptial agreements
- A solid work history of private funded family matters - we do not carry out legal aid work
- Excellent communication skills
- Track of record of achieving career, financial (including fee targets) and business development goals;
- Track record of training paralegals, trainee and junior solicitors
- Track record of assistance with management of a practice is preferred
- Experience with LEAP case management preferred but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously on complex legal matters
