Outbox Recruitment is recruiting full-time Delivery Drivers for a busy parcel delivery operation based in Exeter.
You’ll earn £190–£200 per day, get paid every Friday, receive fuel payments weekly and have the opportunity to earn an additional £1,000 Sign-Up Bonus.
No van? Van hire is available, with the option to take the van home.
What You’ll Earn
- £190–£200 per day
- Up to £1,200 per week based on 6 days
- Up to £1,440 per week including VAT if VAT registered
- £1,000 Sign-Up Bonus

Complete your first 50 routes and earn an additional £1,000:
- £200 after 10 completed routes
- £200 after 20 completed routes
- £200 after 30 completed routes
- £200 after 40 completed routes
- £200 after 50 completed routes
That’s £1,000 extra as you build up your first 50 completed routes.
No Van? No Problem
Van hire is available:
SWB Van: £215 per week + VAT
LWB Van: £245 per week + VAT
Van hire includes:
- Insurance
- Take-home van option

The Job
You’ll be completing parcel deliveries to residential and business addresses across the local area.
You’ll:
- Follow pre-planned delivery routes
- Use a delivery app to manage your stops
- Deliver parcels safely and efficiently
- Provide professional customer service
Routes average approximately 9 hours.
What You’ll Need
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Maximum 6 penalty points
- Smartphone
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Comfortable completing multi-drop deliveries
- Able to work full-time
- Owner drivers must have a suitable delivery vehicle
