Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team.
The role can be full time or part time, to suit the correct candidate. If you need to work around your school hours or similar this can be accommodated within your role.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and customer contracts by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires proficiency in computerised systems, excellent phone etiquette, and strong clerical skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at using various Microsoft programmes including Word and Excel, with a focus on data entry and office management also using our specific software, for which training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist the office team in customer care, managing contracts, contract paperwork, phone calls, maintenance visits etc.
- Logging customer callouts and distributing to engineers and completing engineers reports into software system when works have been completed.
- Schedule monthly maintenance services with clients and engineers.
- Receive and respond to emails.
- Manage and keep Staff holidays up to date.
- Scheduling of Vehicle for MOT & Service.
- Keeping engineers training records up to date.
- Logging Alarm activations.
- Arranging returns with Suppliers.
- Inspect timesheets.
- Provide administration assistance to Management as required.
- Competent in use of Microsoft Word, Excel etc.

Preferable skills:
- Previous experience working for a Fire & Security company would be preferable.
- A knowledge of alarm systems.

The pay is dependent upon experience.
