Job Description:
PLouise is seeking a dynamic, full-time Videographer to join our creative team. This role will be central to producing captivating visual content for our upcoming PLouise documentary, as well as premium social media campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary with a deep understanding of interview, tripod, handheld and gimbal videography, lighting, and framing. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to capture vibrant, trend-forward shots that elevate the PLouise brand. You’ll be expected to bring a strong sense of creative direction to each project, ensuring that each frame is purposeful, high-quality, and aligned with our brand aesthetics. A solid grasp of editing, sound design, and post-production is essential to ensure a polished final product. Key Responsibilities:
* Capture high-quality, cinematic footage for the PLouise documentary and social media content.
* Utilise gimbal and handheld techniques to create dynamic, fluid shots.
* Direct and frame shots with a creative vision aligned to the PLouise brand.
* Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute shoots, ensuring each project stays on brand.
* Operate high-end camera equipment and ensure optimal lighting and audio capture.
* Edit video content, colour grade, and sound mix to create engaging, polished videos
* Adapt to briefs and take direction to deliver content that excites and engages across platforms.
* Stay up to date with videography trends, new techniques, and beauty industry aesthetics.Requirements:
* Proven experience as a videographer, with a portfolio showcasing dynamic, creative work.
* Proficiency in gimbal stabilisation, handheld shots, and advanced framing techniques.* Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and colour grading.
* Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and sound editing software.
* Ability to adapt quickly to project needs, working efficiently under tight deadlines.
* Passion for filming and storytelling.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
