We are a London-based fashion jewellery retailer seeking enthusiastic team members to join our vibrant and diverse team in London.
THE ROLE
We are looking for Sales Assistants to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and Bank holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales in a one-to-one customer-focused environment.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills, including up-selling and increasing key metrics such as UPT (Units Per Transaction) and ATV (Average Transaction Value).
- Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with our customers by addressing their queries and tailoring your approach to their individual needs.
- Confidently share detailed product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain store tidiness, ensuring displays are well-organised and visually appealing.
- Adhere to company security policies and procedures, remaining vigilant on the shop floor.

Additional Requirements:
- Weekend availability is mandatory.
- Proficiency in a second language will be an advantage, such as Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Czech, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Persian, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, and Turkish.
Salary: The starting salary is the minimum wage, with opportunities for growth.
