About Us
Speed Booking is an established driving services business helping customers secure driving tests and connect with driving instructors across London and surrounding areas.
Due to growth, we are looking for a reliable and professional individual to help manage customer enquiries and connect learners with suitable driving instructors through our instructor network.
This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and would suit somebody looking to work from home and earn based on performance.
The Role
Customers submit enquiries through our website looking for a driving instructor.
Your role will be to:
* Contact new customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email
* Understand the customer's requirements
* Explain our instructor connection service
* Assist customers with booking driving lessons
* Coordinate with driving instructors and partner companies
* Collect and manage customer information
* Follow up customer enquiries
* Help customers through the booking process
* Maintain excellent customer service standards
The majority of successful conversions are achieved through phone calls, so confidence speaking with customers is essential.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for somebody who is:
* Friendly and professional
* Comfortable speaking on the phone
* Reliable and responsive
* Organised and self-motivated
* Confident using WhatsApp, email and online systems
* Available throughout the day to respond to enquiries
* Able to work independently from home
Previous customer service, sales, receptionist, administration or call-handling experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
Earnings
This is a performance-based position.
You will earn commission for every successful customer connection.
Current commission structure:
* £10 per successful customer connection during probation/training
* Increasing to £15 per successful customer connection once established
Based on current enquiry levels, expected earnings are approximately £12,000 - £24,000+ per year, with potential for further growth as the business expands.
Future Opportunities
The successful applicant may also have opportunities to assist with other areas of the Speed Booking business as we continue to grow.
