Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met
- Take orders from guests with enthusiasm, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle payments professionally
- Restock bar supplies as needed to keep the bar fully equipped for busy periods
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; a passion for customer service is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy times
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately
