Responsibilities

- Book flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel arrangements using industry-leading booking tools and systems.
- Provide expert advice on travel options, visa requirements, and safety protocols specific to all destinations.
- Manage changes or cancellations efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout the process.
- Offer exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring traveler satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and client interactions to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends, hotel experiences, and hospitality standards to deliver up-to-date recommendations.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel reservations or hospitality roles with a focus on business travel services.
- Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry’s booking systems and tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle diverse client needs.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple bookings simultaneously.
