We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents and supporting the smooth running of shifts.
- Position: Senior Care Assistant
- Location: Holcroft Grange care home - Jackson Avenue, Culcheth
- Contract: 36 hour position available
- Schedule: 08.00-20.00 or 20.00-08.00 positions available- Alternate Weekends
- Salary: £13.60 per hour - Paid breaks
- Right to work in UK: Sponsorship is not available for this position
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior care role preferred
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or willing to work towards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage care staff during allocated shifts
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Complete and update individual care plans
- Induct and mentor new staff members
- Ensure compliance with all care standards and company policies
