Full Job Description – Claims Handler
Broadgate Legal Solicitors are innovative, forward-thinking pre and post litigation claims handlers. We are looking for a claims handler. with little or no experience as full training will be given.
Due to significant organic growth coupled with our ongoing expansion strategy we are looking to recruit a number of motor claims handlers for different areas of our business.
The Role:
As a file handler you must come from an office environment. You will harness and develop strong working relations with interested parties. However, full training will be given to the correct candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage a case load of credit hire claims. Liasing with clients and bringing claims to a swift and amicable conclusion. Negotiate settlement systems where appropriate.
Qualifications, knowledge & experience
All training will be given, however you must have excellent knowledge in word and excel.
Strong negotiation skills,Great customer service. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)ResilienceAbility to work in a fast paced environment. Good team player
As always, full training will be provided.
