Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and possess strong communication skills. Applicants should be organised, attentive to detail, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Shift is 4-7pm, mon to thurs.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to high standards
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report any faults or damages
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or hazards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure cleaning requirements are met efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to management
- Carry out standards checks and resolve any issues
- Order stock and control
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning supervising role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Strong command of English language skills to understand instructions is preferred
