We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our expanding team. If you are passionate about delivering person-centred care and making a real difference, we would love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
- Assisting with mobility and supporting service users safely.
- Supporting residents with eating, drinking and nutrition.
- Building positive relationships with residents while promoting dignity, independence and choice.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' physical or emotional wellbeing.
- Accurately completing care records and documentation.
- Working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment.
- Following all safeguarding, infection control and health & safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Care Assistant (preferred).
- A caring, compassionate and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.
- Right to work in the UK.
