Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service and support
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure efficient time management
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette skills when communicating with customers
- Maintain an organized work area and ensure all necessary documentation is properly completed and filed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of at least one shooting sector (eg air rifles/shotguns/rifles)
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: £26,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
